What is tra-contemporary cooking?
It's a completely new food concept that reinterprets traditional dishes with a pinch of modernity. It's a cuisine which is fully in sync with our times but takes inspiration from the dishes which have formed the great history of our food and wine.

From a rich, colourful salad to a full meal from appetisers to dessert – you’re free to choose any of the dishes on the menu. Our kitchen brigade makes them for you with love, creativity and a passion for tradition, to offer a lunch, snack or dinner that will add value to your day.

First Chef @ Dolciaque

Young and full of ideas, our new chef Simone will make your experience at Dolciaque Restaurant really unique, making you discover through his innovative style, a new version of the art of Italian and international cuisine.

Born in Cremona, he felt in love with cooking right away, studying with Michelin star’s chefs and working for luxury brands.

His new menu here proposed, is inspired by the traditions of his homeland gastronomy although never giving up marks of modernity and creativity.

The dishes here prepared are a combination of colours, fragrances, authenticity and freshness; the perfect end to a continuing search for simple and traditional ingredients, prepared with wisdom and inspiration to settle even the most current flavours.

Together with his young kitchen brigade composed by Matteo, Antonio and Filippo, he will ensure masterpieces worthy of the most discerning palates!

Here at Dolciaque you can enjoy a meal on a quiet, panoramic terrace, next to the lush green of a manicured garden and close to the beach, as you admire the wonders of Lake Garda.

Our restaurant team will be happy to tell you all about the dishes and beverages of the day. We are sensitive to the problems associated with food intolerances and to the new dietary philosophies; we therefore make sure we have the appropriate foods, from gluten-free to vegetarian.
